Therapy that Meets You Where You Are
Therapy that meets you where you are, without pressure to have everything figured out. We focus on helping you feel steadier, clearer, and less alone as you move through difficult moments.
This is a private, judgment-free space where your experiences are taken seriously. You can speak openly, knowing you'll be met with care, respect, and professionalism.
Sessions are a place to pause, reflect, and make sense of what's going on beneath the surface. You don't need the right words — we'll find them together.
My approach is client-led — you get out what you make of it. If you have a goal, we work towards it; if you're here to process or unload, we can do that too. Warm, accountable, conversational, direct, explorative.
