Warm, accountable, conversational, direct, explorative.
Just like most Seattlites, you'll find me with a cup of coffee in hand — or thinking about the next one. I enjoy the landscapes around here by hiking, biking, and getting outside with friends, family, and my dog, Luna.
Genuine, authentic, and warm. I provide affirming therapy in a direct way — and sometimes, when the moment's right, a little candor and humour are shared too.
I have my own lived experience working through low self-esteem, stress, life transitions, and shifts in mood and regulation.
That means I can relate to a lot of what young and midlife adults are going through, and those connections are what shape my approach — warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental, while still providing clinically appropriate care.
I've lived abroad and started over in a new place myself, so I know what it's like to feel a bit unmoored and far from your people. That stays with me whenever I'm sitting with someone going through a big change.
