The first step is a free 15-minute call to make sure we're a good fit.
All new clients start with a free 15-minute call to see if we're the right fit. No commitment required.
You'll be paying out of pocket for sessions. My rate is a standard private therapy fee, paid at the time of each session. I provide invoices you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Book — Private Pay →You're using your health insurance to cover sessions. This option will take you to the right place to check your coverage and get booked in.
Book — Insurance →If you're unsure whether your insurance covers sessions with me, the best place to start is by calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card. Ask them whether I'm in-network, and what your mental health copay or deductible looks like.
That's completely fine. If you're not sure therapy is right for you, or you just want to ask something before booking, you're welcome to reach out directly.
Send Me an EmailPlease don’t include sensitive personal details — email isn’t a secure channel.
Yes. All sessions are held online via a secure video platform. I'll send you a link before we meet — nothing to download.
What you share stays between us. There are a small number of legal exceptions — for instance, if I believe there's an immediate risk of harm. I'll walk you through these in our first session, so there are no surprises.
Life happens. I ask for 24 hours' notice when you can manage it. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full session rate.
It's different for everyone. Some people come for a few months to work through something specific; others stay longer. We check in as we go, and you're never locked in.
That's okay, and it happens. If it doesn't feel like the right match, I'll always try to help you find someone who is.
Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance, so I'm not able to offer crisis support between them. If you're in immediate distress, or worried about your safety or someone else's, please reach out to the resources below — they're there around the clock, and using them is never an overreaction. Once you're safe, we can talk it through together in our next session.
